Vegetable Quiche
Makes: 3-5 Servings
Ingredients:
1 Pie Crust Mix
4-5 Eggs
1 Purple Onion - Diced
1 Carrot - Grated
1 Cup Grated Cheese (Your Choice)
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
Pinch Of Black Pepper
Directions:
1. Make and bake pie crust according to directions.
2. Mix remaining ingredients thoroughly.
3. Pour into crust and bake in oven at 375 until eggs are solid and golden brown.
4. Remove and cool.
