Portobello Sandwich

Makes: 1 Serving

Ingredients:

2 Slices Whole Grain Toast
2 Cloves Garlic – Minced
4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1/8 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Lettuce Leaves
2 Portobello Mushroom Caps
1/2 Teaspooon Tyme
1/2 Tomato – Sliced

Salt and Pepper

Directions:

1) Mix desired amount of salt and pepper, olive oil, and garlic.
2) Toast slices of whole grain bread.
3) Grill portobello caps in salt and pepper, olive oil, and garlic dressing.
4) Flip caps. Cook thoroughly.
5) Spread mayo on toast. Add caps.
6) Serve!
