Easy Mediterranean Diet Recipe
If you are looking for an easy Mediterranean diet recipe then you may want to make some spaghetti with fresh tomato.

For this easy Mediterranean diet recipe you are going to need 12 peeled, slightly crushed tomatoes; 1 big spoon of olive oil; 1 chopped garlic; 1 cup of red wine; 2 big spoons of grated basil leaves; some black pepper; and some marine salt.
You will want to boil the tomatoes in water for a while before taking them out and peeling off their skin.
Then you will want to slice them into small pieces. Place these in a dish with your crushed garlic, oregano, olive oil and basil leafs and put a cloth towel over them for 1 hour to soak.
Once the hour is past you will want to get your spaghetti ready for this easy Mediterranean diet recipe. You will also want to chop the pecorino and put it in the same bowl with some black or red pepper sprinkled over it.
Now you will have made an easy Mediterranean diet recipe that tastes great. Make sure to serve it with some red wine so that you can have a very taste pleasing dinner.
