They are surrounded out in the world by easily available junk food, and even at school they are given high fat, high sugar foods and sold soda right in the cafeteria. so it is doubly important for you to begin cooking lite at home. At least you can be assured that at home, your kids are not being given high hat and high sugar content junk food. By learning about cooking lite you can assure the health of yourself, your children and your family. And by cooking lite, you will set a great example for your kids.
