<p>Who Is The Sexiest Chef Ever?</p>
<p>One of TLC&#039;s (The Learning Channel) most popular shows is Take Home Chef starring Chef Curtis Stone, a cookbook author with years of experience cooking food in fine restaurants. He is also, quite possibly, the sexiest male chef ever. Tall, blonde, and blue-eyed, this Australian import is charming, funny, and handsome. Any woman who lays eyes on Chef Curtis will no doubt agree that he is probably one of the sexiest chefs on TV. The concept of the show is simple: Chef Curtis hits a local supermarket and picks someone at random to ask if they want him to come home with them to cook a gourmet meal for the individual and whomever the lucky person intended to cook for that day.</p>
<p>Chef Curtis then finds out what they both like and plans a gourmet meal for them. He even pays for all the groceries! Once they&#039;re back at the person&#039;s home, he shows the general tips and tricks for cooking, and they later surprise the guests when they arrive. All the recipes from the show are available online as well (just check out the TLC website at tlc.discovery.com).</p>
<p>Who Is The Brainiest Chef Ever?</p>
<p>As for the brainiest chef ever, the title should probably go to Alton Brown of Good Eats on The Food Network. Having formerly worked in the cinematography field, Alton Brown has a degree in drama and also is a graduate from the New England Culinary Institute. On Good Eats, Alton combines his to create a show in which cooking food is part science-class, part pop culture fun. On the show, Alton explains the processes behind cooking food right down to what happens on a molecular level! Using props and fun skits, it&#039;s sort of like watching a hip mad scientist. For example, Alton once used a giant mock-up of a human tongue to illustrate the effect of capsaicin on taste buds (capsaicin being the chemical that makes chili peppers hot). He also did a parody of Misery in which he gets kidnapped by his biggest fan and is forced to cook various potato dishes for one episode. Shows like these that make cooking food fun for even the neophyte home chef who doesn&#039;t know how to use their knife, so check them out and be entertained as you learn.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Until three years ago I had never cooked ribs. I do not enjoy messy eating and I never saw anyone eat ribs in a tidy fashion. Therefore, when I began cooking for my family I managed to never cook ribs for dinner. In fact, I never even knew that my husband and stepchildren enjoyed eating ribs.</p>
<p>Then, One day my husband asked me why I never cooked ribs for dinner. It took me a moment to realize that he was serious. This was the first time he had ever asked me to cook ribs. So, after a long pause I explained that I really saw no reason to cook ribs. I explained that I found them to be messy, annoying and really there was very little meat on the bones. He explained that he would like to have ribs cooked for dinner one day. I told him to go ahead. That conversation took place ten years ago and for seven years no ribs were cooked in my house.</p>
<p>A Cookware Party Changed My Mind About Cooking Ribs</p>
<p>One day I went to a cookware party that specialized in stoneware. At the party one of the item for sale was a very expensive stoneware roaster. The hostess explained how the stoneware roaster cooked food to perfection, working somewhat like a stone bar-b-que dug into the ground at parties and pig roasts. I decided I would buy the roaster and give it a try after all hadn&#039;t my husband said he wanted me to start cooking ribs.</p>
<p>Cooking Ribs For My Family Provides Quite The Surprise</p>
<p>I followed the directions for cooking ribs; one rack of ribs, family&#039;s favorite bar-b-que sauce and 10-12 hours in the oven at 250 degrees, simple enough. I put the entire combination together and left for work. When I returned home that evening, my house smelled like a Hawaiian luau. The smoky bar-b-que and beef mingled in the air in an aroma that made everyone&#039;s mouth water. Served with fresh pineapple, baked potatoes and a fresh green salad on the side, I came to realize what my husband found so delightful in a plate of cooked ribs.</p>
<p>Stoneware Roaster Cooks Like An Expensive Bar-B-Que Pit, Only Better</p>
<p>I will tell you that the stoneware roaster that I bought cooked the ribs to perfection. The meat literally fell off of the bones. It was tender, tasty and perfectly roasted. To this day my husband may complain amount the money I spend but he never complains about that roaster I bought.</p>

The type of cooking outdoors that you do will depend on what you like and where you are. At home you can have as elaborate a setup for cooking outdoors as you like and your budget can bear. Some people have big built-in brick hearths for cooking outdoors on their patios. A set-up like that can be very nice as it affords you a lot of flexibility and is very convenient, but this type of set up for cooking outdoors can be very expensive. If budget is not a consideration, your hearth can be designed for cooking with both gas and charcoal. this way you can enjoy the ease of gas grill cooking and the added fun and flavor of charcoal grilling when cooking outdoors.</p>
<p>But you don&#039;t need an expensive or elaborate set up to enjoy the fun and benefits of cooking outdoors. If your needs are simpler or your budget more limited, you can purchase a grill for anywhere from ten dollars up to a thousand dollars or more depending on size and features. All the major discount and home stores carry a full line of grills in season starting in early spring so you should have no trouble finding a grill to suit your outdoor cooking needs. You can choose from full featured gas grills to simple charcoal hibachis. There are many sizes to fit every budget and use.</p>
<p>If you will be doing your cooking outdoors at home then a larger gas grill might suit your needs best and since you will not be moving it around too much there is much less need for portability. But if you will be doing your cooking outdoors away from home then you might want to consider a smaleer, lighter more portable grill. If your cooking outdoors needs are primarily for camping then you may want to check into the camp stoves that are available at outdoor and camping stores. If you will be backpacking, you can still get a small folding gas camp stove to take along. They can be expensive, but depending on where you will be camping, this type of cooking outdoors may be your only option. But you don&#039;t need any equipment if you will be camping in an area that allows open wood fires. Then your cooking outdoors will be at its most basic and pure level.</p>
