Brinkman Smokers




Brinkmann Smokers are mostly used by chefs and catering teams to prepare food in outdoor settings. These smokers are manufactured by the Brinkmann Corporation, which, among other things, produces outdoor cookers, smokers, outdoor lighting, hand-held lighting, lawn and garden products and camping equipment.

The smokers come in two basic varieties. These are:

1. Vertical Smokers: Brinkmann's Vertical Smokers are relatively compact devices that do not burn a hole in the pocket. Their main qualities are:

– They can make use of gas, wood or charcoal grillers and, at any given point 50 pounds of meat can be cooked in them.

– Whatever be the source of heat, a steaming process is set up by placing a water container directly below the food. This allows the food to be thoroughly wrapped in the steaming, aromatic flavors of the seasoning kept around the grill.

– They are quite easily manageable and the steaming process employed by the device results in delectably cooked meat coated in its own rich flavors.

2. Horizontal Smokers: Brinkmann's Horizontal Smokers are generally employed by teams of chefs who need to prepare a whole lot of food at once in order to cater to a large gathering of people. Their main qualities are:

– The griller occupies a vast area and can cook vast quantities of meat.

– The extensive area covered by the grill allows each piece of meat to be well cooked and enhanced with the added flavors.

– The device is easy-to-use and the flame can be regulated and managed as per the requirements.

Brinkmann Barbeque Smokers are also available as:

– Charcoal grills that make use of a combination of wood and charcoal briquettes, which serve to give your food an enhanced smoked flavor.
